Register Team in a Tournament

You can register your team by sending an email to info@usmlsa.com or by texting our phone number listed in the contact section of our website.

  1. Deposit Fee:
    • A deposit fee is required to secure your team’s spot in the tournament. For more details on deposit fees, please refer to the Deposit Fees section below.
  2. Submit Information:
    • Once you have made the deposit, please send the proof of payment via email or SMS. Include the following information:
      • Team Name
      • Manager Name
      • Contact Information (phone number or email)
  3. Confirmation:
    • After receiving your deposit and necessary information, we will confirm your team’s registration for the tournament.
Deposit Fees  for Tournaments:

To secure participation in our tournaments, teams are required to pay a $50 refundable fee, covering administrative costs. Payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. This fee is fully refundable if canceled up to 5 days before the event.

Certainly, yes. The remaining balance can be settled either before the tournament or on the same day using cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.

1. If a registration is canceled 4 days (for small tournaments) and 10 days (big tournaments) prior to the event, the team will not receive a refund of the $50 preregistration fee. Instead, it will be used to cover administrative and logistical expenses. Additionally, the preregistration fee for future tournaments will increase from $50 to $100.

2. In the event of tournament cancellation due to inclement weather or poor field conditions, any funds received by the company as preregistration or full registration will be refunded in full or credited for future tournaments, at the team’s discretion.

3. The company is not liable for any expenses incurred by teams if the tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, poor field conditions, or force majeure events beyond our control.

This policy aims to ensure efficient event management and protect both the organization and participating teams in the event of cancellations.
